The Gaofu filtration sieve, also known as a filtration screening machine, is designed with a vibration motor as the excitation source. It is a compact vibrating screening machine featuring high screening efficiency, low noise, and a small footprint.
The equipment uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, with eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft converting the rotational motion into compound motion in horizontal, vertical and tilting directions — known as "three-dimensional gyratory motion" — which is then transmitted to the screen deck .
This three-dimensional vibration causes the juice to spread quickly into a thin flowing layer on the screen surface: the liquid passes through the screen rapidly, while solid impurities (pulp fibres, peel fragments, etc.) move along the screen surface under vibration and are automatically discharged from the reject port — achieving continuous solid-liquid separation .
