As juice is a beverage consumed directly, the entire production process must comply with the requirements of the "National Food Safety Standard – General Hygienic Practice for Food Production" (GB 14881). Fully enclosed screening design. The equipment has a fully enclosed structure, with screening taking place inside a sealed chamber, effectively preventing secondary contamination of the material and dust escape. The fully enclosed design also blocks external foreign matter and moisture from entering the screening system, ensuring the purity of the juice throughout the filtration process.

The Gaofu fruit juice rotary vibrating sieve incorporates anti‑blinding design with efficient cleaning devices, ensuring the screen remains clear for extended periods. Food‑grade silicone bouncing balls placed under the screen deck continuously tap the underside of the screen during operation, dislodging fibre and pectin particles blocking the mesh openings – continuous, automatic, and requiring no manual intervention – ensuring continuous production while reducing the risk of secondary contamination from manual screen cleaning.
The equipment supports 1 to 5 screen decks , enabling simultaneous separation into 2 to 6 grades. Screening fineness can reach up to 600 mesh (0.02 mm) and filtration precision down to 5 microns. From coarse filtration to remove peel and seeds, to fine filtration for clear, bright juice, a single machine completes multiple filtration steps without material transfer between equipment, reducing the risk of secondary contamination.
Different juice products require different filtration accuracy – clear juices need finer screens, while cloudy juices need to retain some pulp.
