  • Overall Equipment Structure: Modular Design with Each Component Fulfilling Its Role

The Gaofu S49 series fruit juice rotary vibrating sieve adopts a modular structural design , consisting of six core components that work together to complete the entire filtration process from feed to discharge.


Excitation source – vertical vibration motor. The equipment uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, with eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft. When the motor rotates, the weights convert the rotational motion into compound motion in horizontal, vertical and tilting directions – known as "three‑dimensional gyratory motion" – which is then transmitted to the screen deck. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed to suit fruit juice slurries of different viscosities and impurity contents.


Screening deck – multi‑deck screen configuration. The equipment supports 1 to 5 screen decks , enabling simultaneous separation into 2 to 6 grades. Screen mesh sizes range from 10 to 600 mesh , with filtration precision up to 5 microns. Screens of different apertures are arranged from top to bottom. After juice enters from the feed port, coarse impurities are intercepted on the upper decks, while fine impurities are removed on the lower decks – coarse and fine filtration are completed in a single machine in one pass.


Cleaning device – bouncing ball system. Food‑grade silicone bouncing balls are placed under each screen deck. During vibration, the balls continuously tap the underside of the screen. This design effectively eliminates mesh blockage and keeps the screen clear for extended periods – a critical feature for addressing the high‑fibre, high‑viscosity characteristics of fruit juice and pulp.


Sealing system – fully enclosed structure. The equipment features a fully enclosed screening design, with tight seals at all connection points. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents slurry splashing and secondary contamination of the material, while also eliminating dust escape and maintaining a clean workshop environment.


Discharge system – 360° adjustable outlets. Discharge ports on each deck can be rotated 360° around the axis, facilitating flexible connection with upstream and downstream equipment to suit different workshop layouts. Impurities and acceptable juice are discharged from their respective outlets without interference.


Support system – shock‑absorbing springs. The equipment is supported by rubber springs or cylindrical coil springs that effectively absorb vibration energy, ensuring smooth operation and low noise.

Three‑Dimensional Gyratory Motion: The Core Mechanism of Solid‑Liquid Separation

The key feature that distinguishes the fruit juice rotary vibrating sieve from ordinary filtration equipment is its three‑dimensional gyratory motion principle.


Conventional filtration equipment relies on gravity or pressure to force liquid through a filter medium. In contrast, the three‑dimensional gyratory motion of the rotary vibrating sieve causes the juice to form a fluidised thin layer on the screen surface – the slurry spreads quickly, flow resistance is reduced, and the liquid passes through the screen rapidly. Solid impurities, meanwhile, move along the screen surface under vibration and are automatically discharged from the reject port without manual intervention.


The direct results of this motion pattern are: high filtration efficiency, no screen blinding, and continuous operation. The equipment can run 24 hours a day without frequent stoppages for cleaning.


Food‑Grade Materials: Ensuring Food Safety at the Source

As juice is a beverage consumed directly, the choice of equipment materials is non‑negotiable.


The Gaofu fruit juice rotary vibrating sieve is constructed primarily from 304/316L food‑grade stainless steel , with both internal and external surfaces finely polished to low roughness and no hygiene dead corners. The entire machine features a dead‑corner‑free design , making it easy to clean and sanitise, and fully compliant with food GMP standards and HACCP system requirements.


The fully enclosed screening design also effectively prevents secondary contamination of the material and eliminates the risk of microbial growth.

To address this pain point, the Gaofu rotary vibrating sieve is equipped with a food‑grade silicone bouncing ball cleaning system under each screen deck. During operation, the balls continuously tap the underside of the screen, dislodging fibre and pectin particles blocking the mesh openings. This cleaning method is continuous and automatic , requiring no manual intervention, and effectively solves the common problem of traditional filters blinding and requiring frequent stoppages for cleaning.


For ultra‑fine filtration or high‑viscosity materials, an optional ultrasonic cleaning system can be added, using high‑frequency vibration to further break the adhesion between the material and the screen.

Different juice products require different filtration accuracy – clear juices need finer screens, while cloudy juices need to retain some pulp.

The mother screen provides structural support for long‑term use, while the child screen (working screen) is responsible for filtration and can be replaced independently.
