Food powders are consumed directly or indirectly – their screening process places extremely strict demands on equipment hygiene and safety. These requirements run through materials, structure, cleaning, and operation:


Materials must comply with food contact standards. Material selection for screen boxes, screens, feed hoppers, discharge outlets, and other components that come into direct contact with food powders is the first line of defence for food safety. Ordinary carbon steel equipment is prone to rusting after prolonged contact with food powders – rust particles contaminating the material directly affect product quality and food safety. Equipment materials must comply with food contact metal material standards to prevent metal ion migration into food.


Structures must be dead‑corner‑free and easy to clean. Food powders are nutrient‑rich – if the equipment interior has dead corners such as weld recesses or sharp corners, residual material cannot be completely removed and readily supports microbial growth at room temperature – directly affecting the quality and safety of subsequent batches. Equipment design must have no dead corners, with all welds finely ground.


Fully enclosed dust‑proof design – eliminating cross‑contamination. Food powder particles are fine and lightweight – during screening, they readily generate dust. Fine powder escaping through equipment gaps into the workshop air not only pollutes the production environment but can also cause cross‑contamination between different materials. Equipment must have good sealing performance to effectively prevent dust emission during screening.

304/316L food‑grade stainless steel construction. All food powder‑contact parts – screen boxes, screens, feed hoppers, discharge outlets, and other components – are made of 304 or 316L food‑grade stainless steel. 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance – capable of withstanding attack from salts, acidic components, and moisture in food powders – ensuring no heavy metal contamination and no rust particle contamination during screening. 316L stainless steel – with its added molybdenum content – offers even better corrosion resistance, making it suitable for production scenarios with higher hygiene requirements.

Quick‑release structure – more thorough cleaning. Screens use a clamp‑type fixing structure – removable and replaceable quickly without special tools. Screening accuracy reaches over 95% , with screening particle size covering 0.074‑5 mm and screen mesh covering 8‑120 mesh (up to 400 mesh) .


Multi‑deck grading – multiple specifications from one feed.
