Different food raw materials require different finished product fineness – starch typically requires 80‑120 mesh screening, while powdered sugar can be as fine as 200 mesh or above.   • Working Principle of the Linear Vibrating Screen

Gaofu's SZF series food powder linear vibrating screen uses dual vibrating motors operating in synchronised opposite directions. When the two motors run in opposite directions, the lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal forces are transmitted through the vibration‑transmitting body to the entire screen box, generating stable linear vibration on the screen surface. Under the combined action of excitation force and gravity, material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line in a parabolic bouncing motion – quickly loosening, stratifying, and passing through the screen. Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through to the lower layer, while oversize material travels along the screen surface to the outlet – completing grading and impurity removal.


The equipment supports flexible configurations of 1 to 5 screen decks , enabling a single machine to produce 2 to 6 different particle size fractions simultaneously. Screening particle size covers 0.074‑5 mm , with screen mesh covering 8‑120 mesh (up to 400 mesh) . Screened particles are uniform in size with high screening accuracy – screening accuracy reaches over 95%.
