Gaofu's SZF series linear vibrating screen uses dual vibrating motors operating in synchronised opposite directions. When the two motors run in opposite directions, the lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal forces are transmitted through the vibration‑transmitting body to the entire screen box, generating stable linear vibration on the screen surface. Under the combined action of excitation force and gravity, material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line in a parabolic bouncing motion – quickly loosening, stratifying, and passing through the screen. Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through to the lower layer, while oversize material travels along the screen surface to the outlet – completing grading and impurity removal.

Material moves in a straight line – long screening path and high screen utilisation. Unlike the spiral spreading motion of circular vibrating screens, the bouncing forward motion of the linear screen causes the material bed to be continuously turned, loosened, and stratified – fines have ample opportunity to pass through the screen. Material flows smoothly in a straight line without accumulation – throughput far exceeds that of ordinary circular screens.
Flexible multi‑deck screen configurations – multiple grades from one feed. The equipment supports flexible configurations of 1 to 5 screen decks , enabling a single machine to produce 2 to 6 different particle size fractions simultaneously. For food powder production, the upper deck intercepts lumps and foreign matter, the middle decks achieve different particle size fractions, and the lower deck acts as a safety screen to ensure finished product purity – one machine, multiple functions – reducing material transfers between units.
High screening accuracy – screening accuracy reaches over 95%. Impurity removal and grading of seasoning powders. Seasoning powders such as chilli powder, pepper powder, and Sichuan pepper powder often contain coarse fibres, seed husks, and other impurities during grinding. The fully enclosed structure of the linear screen effectively prevents dust emission during screening – avoiding material cross‑contamination. The upper deck intercepts coarse fibres and lumps, while the middle decks achieve different particle size fractions – ensuring uniform fineness and reliable purity.
