The specific fineness requirements for different applications vary significantly:
Impurity removal / coarse screening: Typically uses 40‑60 mesh screens to intercept large sugar lumps, coarse fibres, and other impurities after grinding
General commercial powdered sugar: Typically uses 80‑100 mesh screens — this is the most common finished product fineness on the market
Ultra‑fine baking sugar: Typically uses 120‑200 mesh screens for finer, more delicate sugar powder
Super‑fine sugar powder: Typically uses 300‑400 mesh screens for extremely fine sugar used in premium food production

Typical 3‑deck configuration:

This is the core level of multi‑deck configuration — sugar is precisely separated by particle size into different specifications: 80‑100 mesh for general commercial sugar, 120‑200 mesh for ultra‑fine baking sugar. By setting screens of different mesh sizes, sugar is simultaneously separated into coarse, medium, and fine grades to meet different application requirements.
Lower deck (safety screen) – ensuring finished product purity. As the final checkpoint, it further intercepts fine impurities — ensuring reliable sugar quality entering the packaging stage. Impurities and oversize material are automatically discharged, supporting continuous operation.

Combined processes, reduced material transfer. In traditional modes, different specification grading often requires multiple machines or multiple screening passes. Gaofu's rotary vibrating sieve combines multiple processes into a single machine — reducing material exposure and cross‑contamination opportunities.

When switching between different fineness specifications, simply adjust or change the corresponding screen decks — no need to replace the entire machine. Eccentric weights installed at the top and bottom of the motor convert rotary motion into a three‑dimensional compound motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is transmitted to the screen surface. Material moves on the screen surface in an outward involute spiral path — spreading from the centre toward the periphery.
By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the material's movement trajectory and residence time on the screen can be flexibly changed to suit different sugar fineness requirements.
