The adhesion problem in creamer screening stems from its unique material characteristics:
Fat content is the source of "stickiness." Creamer contains vegetable fat – during screening, friction between powder and the screen generates heat, and the fat forms a sticky film on the screen surface. Fine powder is "glued" by this film, accumulating thicker and thicker.
Fine powder and static electricity are accomplices to "blockage." Creamer powder has high fineness – during screening, friction between particles generates static electricity. Charged fine particles attract each other to form agglomerates while adhering firmly to the screen surface. The combination of fat adhesion and electrostatic attraction makes creamer significantly more difficult to screen than ordinary powdered materials.
The limitations of conventional equipment worsen the problem. When processing creamer, conventional screening equipment offers short material movement paths and insufficient dispersion – fine powder easily accumulates locally, further accelerating blinding.
Gaofu's SZF series creamer linear vibrating screen uses dual vibrating motors operating in synchronised opposite directions. When the two motors run in opposite directions, the lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal forces drive the screen surface in high‑frequency linear vibration – causing material to move forward in a straight line in a parabolic bouncing motion.

Bouncing forward – material does not accumulate.
