The adhesion problem in creamer screening stems from its unique material characteristics:


Fat content is the source of "stickiness." Creamer contains vegetable fat – during screening, friction between powder and the screen generates heat, and the fat forms a sticky film on the screen surface. Fine powder is "glued" by this film, accumulating thicker and thicker.


Fine powder and static electricity are accomplices to "blockage." Creamer powder has high fineness – during screening, friction between particles generates static electricity.
