Gaofu's SZF series creamer linear vibrating screen uses dual vibrating motors operating in synchronised opposite directions. When the two motors run in opposite directions, the lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal forces drive the screen surface in high‑frequency linear vibration – causing material to move forward in a straight line in a parabolic bouncing motion. Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through to the lower layer, while oversize material travels along the screen surface to the outlet – completing grading and impurity removal.
This working principle gives the linear vibrating screen unique advantages in continuous creamer production:
Material moves in a straight line – long screening path and high screen utilisation. Unlike the spiral spreading motion of circular vibrating screens, the bouncing forward motion of the linear screen causes the material bed to be continuously turned, loosened, and stratified – impurities and lumps are effectively intercepted, and fines have ample opportunity to pass through the screen. Material flows smoothly in a straight line without accumulation – throughput far exceeds that of ordinary circular screens.
Flexible multi‑deck screen configurations – multiple grades from one feed. The equipment supports flexible configurations of 1 to 5 screen decks , enabling a single machine to produce 2 to 6 different particle size fractions simultaneously.
