The electrostatic blinding problem in creamer screening stems from the unique material characteristics of creamer combined with physical effects during screening.


Fat content exacerbates adhesion. Creamer contains vegetable fat. During screening, friction between fine particles and the screen generates heat – the fat forms a thin, sticky film on the screen surface. Fine powder is "glued" to the mesh by this film, accumulating thicker and thicker.
