The adhesion and blinding of creamer stem from its unique material characteristics. Creamer contains vegetable fat. During screening, friction between fine particles and the screen generates heat – the fat forms a thin, sticky film on the screen surface. Fine powder is "glued" to the mesh by this film, accumulating thicker and thicker until the openings are completely sealed.


At the same time, creamer particles are very fine and generate static electricity through friction during screening. Charged fine particles attract each other to form agglomerates while adhering firmly to the screen surface. The combination of fat adhesion and electrostatic attraction makes creamer significantly more difficult to screen than ordinary powdered materials.


  • Bouncing Ball Cleaning – Continuous Knocking to Prevent Adhesion and Blinding

To address the adhesion characteristics of high‑fat creamer, Gaofu's creamer rotary vibrating sieve is equipped with a bouncing ball cleaning system below the screen. The working principle is simple yet directly solves the most troublesome blinding problem in creamer screening.


High‑elasticity silicone bouncing balls are installed between the screen and the support plate. During operation, the balls continuously deliver high‑frequency, flexible impacts against the underside of the screen. Each impact dislodges creamer fines adhering to the screen and "pops" particles wedged in the mesh openings.


In simple terms: the bouncing balls act as a tireless "screen cleaner" beneath the screen – continuously knocking during creamer screening to prevent adhered fines from accumulating on the screen surface. This "screening‑while‑cleaning" design keeps the screen open at all times, effectively relieving the adhesion of high‑fat creamer.

Eccentric weights installed at the top and bottom of the motor convert rotary motion into a three‑dimensional compound motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is transmitted to the screen surface.
