Creamer powder has a certain degree of stickiness and oil content. In conventional screening operations, these material characteristics create two particularly troublesome problems:
First, fine powder easily blinds the screen. Fine powder readily adheres to and blocks the screen mesh, causing screening efficiency to drop sharply. Production lines often face the frustrating situation of "blinding shortly after starting" – frequent stoppages for cleaning not only reduce throughput but also increase labour costs.
Second, the precise separation of lumps and impurities is difficult. Lumps formed by moisture absorption during storage or conveying have physical properties similar to the product itself, making them difficult to separate from合格 powder using conventional screening methods. At the same time, trace hard impurities (such as fine scorched particles or foreign matter introduced during processing) place higher demands on screening accuracy.
Creamer is widely used in coffee, milk tea, bakery, and other food applications – placing extremely strict hygiene standards on production equipment. Gaofu's S49 series rotary vibrating sieve is a high‑precision fine powder screening machine. It uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source – eccentric weights installed at the top and bottom of the motor convert rotary motion into a three‑dimensional compound motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is transmitted to the screen surface. Material moves on the screen surface in an outward involute spiral trajectory – spreading from the centre toward the periphery.
It is precisely this unique motion pattern that gives creamer powder ample opportunity for dispersion and tumbling on the screen surface – effectively reducing static accumulation of fine powder on the mesh. At the same time, lumped material is continuously tumbled and impacted during the spiral motion, making it easier to break apart or be separated out.
The equipment supports flexible configurations of 1 to 5 screen decks , enabling a single machine to simultaneously complete 2 to 6 grades of separation or filtration. In creamer impurity removal screening scenarios, operators can combine screen meshes of different sizes according to product specifications – the upper deck intercepts large agglomerates and hard impurities, the middle decks achieve fine grading, and the lower deck acts as a safety screen to ensure finished product purity.
