Conversion of electrical energy to high‑frequency mechanical energy. The equipment converts 220V, 50Hz electrical energy into 36 kHz high‑frequency electrical energy – the ultrasonic transducer then converts this into 36 kHz mechanical vibration. Material on the screen undergoes low‑frequency rotary vibration combined with superimposed high‑frequency ultrasonic vibration.
High‑frequency micro‑vibration breaks adhesion.
