Dual‑motor drive – more powerful screening force. Direct discharge screens are available in single‑motor and dual‑motor (double vibration source) types. A single‑motor unit primarily generates vertical vibration on the material and does not have automatic discharge capability. A dual‑motor unit, however, generates a vortex motion on the screen surface with automatic discharge capability, making it ideal for impurity removal and screening in powder production lines. Two vibration motors of the same model are symmetrically mounted on both sides of the screen machine, with eccentric weights installed at the top and bottom of the motor shafts, generating a three‑dimensional compound motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) during rotation. By adjusting the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the excitation force and material movement trajectory can be flexibly changed.
Straight‑through discharge – material flows "straight in, straight out" without retention. Conventional screening equipment typically has side‑mounted discharge outlets – material must travel a long path across the screen surface before discharge, which can cause accumulation in high‑volume production. The direct discharge screen features a straight‑through discharge structure – undersize material falls vertically into the lower hopper immediately after passing through the screen, greatly shortening the material's residence time inside the screen body. This "straight‑in, straight‑out" design significantly improves discharge speed and throughput, making it especially suitable for coarse screening processes such as impurity removal.

3. Anti‑blinding design – reduced stoppages for cleaning
Material moves in a three‑dimensional rotational motion on the screen surface – flour and lumps are thoroughly dispersed and rapidly pass through the screen directly into the lower hopper. The straight‑through design reduces material residence time on the screen surface, structurally lowering the probability of blinding. Screens are less prone to blockage, enabling continuous operation without frequent stoppages for cleaning.
