During processing, transport, and storage, soybean meal may become contaminated with stones, twine, metal filings, woven bag debris, and other foreign matter. If these impurities enter subsequent batching stages, they not only affect feed quality but can also damage mills, mixers, and other equipment. Screening equipment must have reliable impurity removal capability to intercept all types of foreign matter before they enter the production line.


Lumps and oversized particles must be separated. Soybean meal may form lumps due to moisture absorption during storage, or contain oversized particles generated during grinding. If these lumps and oversized particles are not effectively separated, they will directly affect feed mix uniformity and animal digestibility. Equipment must be equipped with effective screen cleaning devices to fundamentally address blinding.


Strict hygiene and safety requirements. As a core ingredient added directly to feed, premixes place strict requirements on equipment materials and cleanliness. Equipment must be made of food‑grade stainless steel, with dead‑corner‑free, easy‑to‑clean structures, and must operate without dust emission to prevent cross‑contamination.


  • Working Principle of the Multi‑Deck Rotary Vibrating Sieve

Eccentric weights installed at the top and bottom of the motor convert rotary motion into a three‑dimensional compound motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the material's movement trajectory and residence time on the screen can be flexibly changed to suit different materials such as soybean meal and premixes.

Bouncing ball cleaning system – physical knocking for real‑time anti‑blinding. Bouncing balls are installed between the screen and the support plate – during operation, they continuously bounce and knock against the screen surface, dislodging fine powder adhering to the screen and particles wedged in the mesh. This standard design is suitable for conventional premix screening, effectively reducing blinding frequency.


Ultrasonic cleaning system – breaking electrostatic adhesion for ultra‑fine powder blinding. For ultra‑fine premixes (typically above 100 mesh), electrostatic adhesion is the primary driver of blinding.
