Dual vibrating motor drive for a streamlined structure. The probability screen is driven by two vibrating motors or exciters of the same model and specification operating in synchronised opposite directions. Compared with the complex transmission systems of conventional screens, the dual‑motor drive structure is simpler, reducing wear and failure risks of mechanical transmission components. The excitation motors cause the screen surface to vibrate at high frequency without the need for additional transmission devices.
Multi‑deck screens arranged vertically for high space utilisation. The equipment consists of a frame and a set of multiple overlapping screen decks, with slope increasing from top to bottom and mesh size decreasing from top to bottom. Multiple screen decks are arranged vertically within the limited equipment space, achieving multi‑stage grading functionality. This layout saves floor space and simplifies material flow paths between decks.
Fully enclosed structure reduces external interference. The equipment features a fully enclosed design – no dust emission, smooth operation. The fully enclosed structure not only improves the workshop environment but, more importantly, reduces external dust erosion of internal equipment structures and lowers the risk of dust entering bearings and other precision components.
Quick‑release inspection cover for convenient maintenance. The equipment is equipped with an inspection cover with quick‑release pins, allowing operators to easily and quickly open the cover to inspect screen condition. This design makes routine inspection and maintenance more efficient, reducing downtime.
Wide screening mesh range – one machine, multiple uses. The screening mesh covers 5 mm down to 0.075 mm (200 mesh) – a single machine can meet multiple screening requirements from coarse salt to ultra‑fine salt powder, reducing equipment adjustment work when switching between different specifications.
Integrated transport and installation for simple commissioning. The equipment is transported and installed as an integrated unit – only amplitude adjustment is required on site according to site conditions. The simple installation and commissioning process enables rapid production start‑up.

Probability screening principle for rapid screening. The probability screen is a screening machine that actively utilises the probability screening principle. Probability screening theory states that particles much finer than the mesh openings pass through the screen surface quickly, while particles close to the mesh size have extended residence time. The probability screen actively leverages this principle, reducing screening time to only 1/3 to 1/20 of that of conventional vibrating screens. Screening performed on a probability screen is "rapid screening."
High‑inclination screen surface – material does not accumulate. Screen inclination increases from top to bottom – material gains high velocity at the feed end, the material bed rapidly thins, and material moves forward quickly. Material "slides down" like a slide without accumulating or blocking on the screen surface – screening efficiency is ensured.
Large‑aperture screen mesh – mesh openings do not block. The screen aperture is designed at 1.2 to 2.2 times the target separation particle size. Material disperses quickly upon entering the screen, eliminating screen blinding caused by near‑mesh particles. The screen does not block, does not deform, and material does not cross layers. While maintaining the screening accuracy of conventional screens, throughput can be increased by 2 to 4 times.
Uniform feed distribution – high screen utilisation. Feed distribution is uniform – material is evenly distributed on the screen surface, and all areas of the screen are utilised equally, avoiding efficiency losses from local overloading or local idle areas.

The screen surface is arched, and the external ratchet tensioning device allows operators to easily control screen tension, keeping the screen flat and secure.
