Screening equipment must have sufficient capacity and run reliably to avoid becoming a bottleneck for the entire production line. High grading accuracy eliminates size mixing and cross‑contamination. Different applications have strict requirements for salt particle size. Dual‑motor synchronous drive for orderly and efficient material movement. The linear vibrating screen uses dual vibrating motors operating in synchronised opposite directions – when the two motors run in opposite directions, the lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal forces are transmitted to the entire screen box, generating stable linear vibration on the screen surface. Material is thrown up on the screen and moves forward in a straight line in a bouncing motion – particles smaller than the screen openings pass through to the lower layer, while oversize material travels along the screen surface to the outlet. This orderly linear motion allows material to disperse rapidly and stratify fully on the screen surface, significantly improving screening efficiency.


Flexible multi‑deck screen configuration – one feed, multiple outputs. The equipment supports flexible configurations of 1 to 5 screen decks arranged from coarse to fine. Material enters through the feed port and passes through each deck sequentially – coarse particles are retained on the upper deck, medium particles pass through the upper deck and are retained on the lower deck, and fine powder passes through all decks into the bottom hopper. A single machine can simultaneously produce 2 to 6 different particle size specifications of salt. One feed completes multi‑stage grading, significantly shortening screening time and increasing effective output per unit time.


Adjustable angle to suit different material characteristics. The equipment features an adjustable excitation angle – the screen surface inclination can be adjusted within a range of 0° to 7°. For free‑flowing salt particles, the angle can be increased to raise throughput; for materials with high fines content, the angle can be decreased to extend the screening path and improve grading accuracy.


Anti‑blinding design ensures consistent screening efficiency. Salt crystals are cubic in shape and can easily become wedged in mesh openings during screening, causing blinding.
