  • Working Principle of Enclosed Negative‑Pressure Conveying

Gaofu's flour vacuum feeder uses the negative‑pressure vacuum conveying principle. A vacuum pump evacuates the system, creating a vacuum state. Powdered material is drawn into the suction nozzle with outside air, forming an air‑material mixture that travels through the enclosed conveying pipe to the hopper, where air and material are separated. The separated material then enters the receiving equipment.


The equipment is equipped with a compressed air pulse‑jet cleaning system that blows back through the filters during each discharge cycle, dislodging powder adhering to the filter surface to ensure continuous and stable conveying. The entire conveying and discharge process is controlled by pneumatic three‑way valves that open and close automatically, managed by a central control unit.


The core of this technical approach is: flour no longer relies on manual handling and tipping – it "flows automatically" through enclosed piping to the target location under negative pressure. The powder remains in motion throughout the piping and never contacts outside air or personnel.
