Fully Enclosed Operating Cabinet – Physical Dust Isolation
Gaofu's dust‑free feeding station features a fully enclosed structure. Operators complete bag opening and tipping inside an enclosed operating cabinet, with the external area physically isolated from the feeding process. This design structurally blocks the path of dust dispersion into the workshop – dust has no escape route and must be processed within the enclosed space.
The equipment's sealing is not limited to the cabinet structure – every material transfer interface, including the feed opening, screening module, and discharge outlet, uses sealed connections to ensure that material remains in an enclosed environment from entry to exit.
Negative‑Pressure Dust Collection System – Active Dust Capture
Simply "containing" dust is not enough – if dust accumulates in the enclosed space, it will still disperse when the cabinet is opened. Pulse‑Jet Filtration System – Air‑Dust Separation
Dust‑laden air enters the filtration system, where high‑efficiency filter elements capture dust particles. Clean air is exhausted, while dust accumulates on the filter surfaces. The equipment is equipped with a pulse‑jet dust collector that automatically cleans the filter elements at regular intervals.
