The linear vibrating screen (also called a linear screen) is a general‑purpose, enclosed, light‑duty screening machine driven by two vibrating motors. Its working principle is: when two vibrating motors mounted longitudinally on the screen body operate in opposite directions, the lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal excitation forces are transmitted through the vibration‑transmitting body to the entire screen box, causing the screen surface to vibrate. Material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line in a bouncing motion.
