A rotary vibrating sieve is a high‑precision fine powder screening machine. It features low noise, high screening efficiency, and a fully enclosed structure suitable for granular materials, powders, and viscous liquids. The spice rotary vibrating sieve uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the top and bottom of the motor, converting the motor's rotary motion into a three‑dimensional compound motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is then transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the material's movement trajectory and residence time on the screen can be flexibly changed to suit different spice characteristics.
During spice screening, material enters through the central inlet. Under the three‑dimensional vibration force, it spreads outward on the screen surface in a spiral path. Fine particles and qualified spices pass through the screen into the lower hopper, while coarse particles, fibres, lumps, and foreign matter are discharged along the screen surface from the reject outlet – achieving raw material de‑dusting and product grading in one step.
Spices come in many varieties, and each has different requirements for finished product particle size. For example, chilli powder is often divided into coarse, medium, and fine grades, each with a specific mesh range. Gaofu's food‑grade spice rotary vibrating sieve supports custom configurations with 1 to 5 screen decks, covering a screening range of 2 to 500 mesh. One pass can complete de‑dusting, coarse/fine separation, and multi‑particle grading, meeting the production needs of various spices.
For raw material de‑dusting, the sieve effectively removes fibres, lumps, packaging debris, and foreign matter, ensuring smooth downstream processing.
