A vertical vibrating motor serves as the excitation source. Eccentric weights installed on the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft convert the motor‘s rotary motion into a composite three‑dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical and inclined), which is then transmitted to the screen deck. Material moves on the screen surface in an outwardly expanding spiral‑involute path – from the centre outward, covering the entire screen surface in an optimal trajectory. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the material’s movement path can be flexibly changed to suit different requirements of accuracy and throughput.
This three‑dimensional screening action is fundamentally different from single‑direction reciprocating screening.
