Over 10,000+ customers' choice, Focus on screening industry 40+ years
The shaking body of the screen machine, that is, the screen box, reciprocates back and forth under the action of inertia force. The screen box drives the screen surface to shake periodically, so that the material on the screen surface makes a directional jumping motion with the screen box. During this period, the material smaller than the screen hole diameter passes through the screen hole and falls to the lower layer to become the undersize material. The material larger than the screen hole diameter is discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling and jumping motion, thus completing the screening work.
The screen tensioning system assists in quick element changes.
Unique multi-layer grading design, one machine is divided into two groups, one machine can be used as multiple machines, and the output is doubled.
The acceleration is 4-5 times lower than that of ordinary vibrating screens, which increases the service life and reduces maintenance costs.
Smooth operation, noise is usually <75dB, quieter than vibrating screen.
The combination of quick-access clamps, external drives, and no flexible connections reduces downtime by making maintenance on the mineral separator easier.
The stacked, multiple-deck, tray-access design allows individual screen access, which eliminates the need to remove all decks. A single deck screen change can be completed in 10 minutes.
