Rubber Powder

Rubber Powder Introduction

After initial crushing and pulverization, scrap tires become coarse, granular powders. These powders then pass through a small steel mill to achieve a fineness of 60 or 80 mesh. Coarse rubber powders are easily sieved using a linear sieve, but the fine powders sieved by the steel mill are more difficult to sieve. This is because rubber powder is so fine and elastic that traditional linear sieves tend to clog the screen. Centrifugal sieves also have low yields and low precision. Therefore, choosing a high-yield, non-net-blocking rubber powder screening machine has become a major challenge for rubber powder manufacturers.

Rubber Powder Screening Solution and Advantages

To address the above issues, our engineers developed a dedicated airflow screen for screening 60- and 80-mesh fine rubber powder.

The advantages of this equipment are:

1. High throughput: 800 kg/hour for 60-mesh fine powder;

2. Connected in series before the cyclone collector, screening and impurity removal are manual and unmanned;

3. The system is sealed, dust-free, and environmentally friendly;

4. The screened product is of high precision;

5. It uses negative pressure suction, which reduces screen clogging.
