Introduction Of Paint

Paint, traditionally known as lacquer in China, is applied to the surface of an object being protected or decorated, forming a continuous film that adheres firmly to the surface. Paint is typically a viscous liquid composed primarily of resin, oil, or emulsion, with or without pigments and fillers, and additives, and formulated with organic solvents or water. During paint production, raw materials may contain various particulate impurities that can affect paint quality. Vibrating screens can create a micro-suspension of paint particles on the screen, allowing them to quickly pass through while effectively intercepting impurities. This improves paint purity and quality, meeting the paint quality requirements of various industries.
