This solution must be customized across all stages, taking into account production scale, product type (e.g., infant formula, adult formula), and quality standards.

Develop different screening plans based on specific needs.

Infant formula: As a product with high safety standards, control of impurities (such as metal shavings and fibers) and particle uniformity are key, requiring a screening accuracy of 150-200 mesh.

Adult/elderly formula: If functional ingredients such as dietary fiber and calcium are added, a balance between ingredient dispersion and particle size must be considered, and the screening mesh can be appropriately reduced to 80-120 mesh.

Special medical formulas, such as low-lactose and amino acid formulas, require higher material requirements for screening equipment (food-grade 316L stainless steel is required).
